Our Story
2023年パンデミックの後、日常が徐々に戻り始める中で、浅草には世界中からの観光客が再び少しずつ訪れるようになりました。
それまでの浅草は信じられないほど静かでしたが、再び街が賑わう様子を見て、この街が本来どれほど活気に満ちた場所だったのかを改めて実感すると同時に、訪れてくださる一人ひとりのお客様への感謝の気持ちがより一層深まりました。
2015年にこの浅草という地にオープンし、「浅草の拠点となるようなお店を」とかかげた私達の思いがようやく形になってきたと感じています。
様々な人々が行き交う浅草、国籍も年齢も性別も関係なく私たちはすべての人に食事を提供したいと思っています。
今後も様々なシチュエーションでスケロクダイナーを使って頂けたら嬉しいです。
In 2023, as daily life gradually began to return after the pandemic, visitors from around the world slowly started coming back to Asakusa.
During the pandemic, the neighborhood had become almost unbelievably quiet. Seeing the streets come back to life reminded us of how vibrant Asakusa truly is. At the same time, it deepened our gratitude for every guest who chooses to visit us.
The return of people, conversations, and shared experiences has made us appreciate more than ever the connections that bring our community together.
Since opening in Asakusa in 2015, we have always aimed to create a place that serves as a hub for the local community. Today, we feel that vision is finally taking shape.
Asakusa is a neighborhood where people from all walks of life come together. Regardless of nationality, age, or gender, we believe everyone deserves a welcoming place to enjoy good food, and we are proud to serve all who visit us.
We hope Suke6 Diner will continue to be a place you can enjoy in many different situations—whether for a casual meal, a gathering with friends, a special occasion, or simply a moment to relax during your day.
Our Values
大切に育てた食材を提供してくれる生産者の方々と触れ合う中で、私たちはそれが食べる人に伝わる料理を作っていきたい。と思うようになりました。
「食材と料理」の間にあるべきサスティナビリティ（持続可能性）とは、人と人とのつながり、心や記憶にのこる「良い」を探して行くことだと思います。
Through our relationships with farmers and producers who carefully grow our ingredients, we have come to feel that our role is to create dishes that convey their dedication to the people who enjoy them.
For us, sustainability between ingredients and cuisine means the connection between people, and finding the kind of “good” that stays in the heart and memory.
Our Kawaraban
日本ではかつて「瓦版」は、地域の人々にニュースを伝えるために使われていました。
世界中から来てくださるお客様に、私たちのお店のことをもっと知っていただきたいと思い、この瓦版を作りました。
長年大切にしてきた私たちの価値観や、持続可能な未来に向けた取り組みについて、楽しみながら知っていただけたら嬉しいです。
In Japan, “Kawaraban” was once used to share news with the community.
Wanting our guests from all over the world to learn more about our restaurant, we created this Kawaraban.
We hope you enjoy learning about the values we have cherished for many years, as well as our efforts toward a more sustainable future.
